Billing Cycle

All billing cycle terms start on the first of the calendar month.

When you downgrade your monthly subscription, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Plan Downgrades

There is no way to downgrade from a Growth to a Baseline plan while retaining your workspace.

You can have multiple workspaces under a single organization, so you can create a new Baseline plan workspace and migrate your data over manually or use it for other purposes.

Monthly Policy Count Downgrades

Are you paying for more policies than you need? You can downgrade your number of policies at any time during your monthly billing cycle. Changes will take effect at the end of the current month and your next invoice will be lower based on the new policy count.

You can increase your policy count again at any time if your needs change.

Annual Policy Count Downgrades

Are you paying for more policies than you need? You can downgrade your number of policies at any time during your annual billing cycle.

You can choose to credit your account to put the credits on hold to be used in the future without an additional payment, or you can request a prorated refund for the unused months based on recalculating as if you were paying monthly without annual discounts.

We understand that sometimes annual plans may not work out for your budgeting or purchasing process.

We offer prorated refunds based on recalculating as if you were paying monthly without annual discounts.

Nobody likes to be told “tough luck” when their needs change. We’d rather take care of you and keep you as a customer on a monthly plan rather than lose your trust and business entirely.

Your subscription will switch to a monthly billing cycle on the first day of the next month. Please ensure that your payment method is up to date to avoid any interruptions.

We will refund you based on the following calculation, and charge your updated payment method for the monthly plan on the first day of the next month.

• Formula{Annual Cost} - ({Monthly Cost} x {# Months Used}) = {Refund}
• Baseline $200/yr - ($20/mo x {# Months}) = {Refund}
• Growth $2,000/yr - ($200/mo x {# Months}) = {Refund}
• Growth +100 Policies $1,000/yr - ($100/mo x {# Months}) = {Refund}
