Collaborator Control is an optional paid add-on that provides external collaboration management for customers, partners, and vendors. Automatically provision shared resources and let third-party administrators manage their own users.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Policy Control plan is required?

Collaborator Control requires the Growth or Scale plan. The Baseline plan does not support Collaborator Control.

What counts as an external domain?

Any email domain outside your organization that you’re collaborating with. If you’re sharing resources with users from @acme.com and @globex.com, that’s two external domains.

Can I mix per-domain and unlimited pricing?

No. Choose the option that fits your scale. You can switch from per-domain to unlimited at any time.

Do subdomains count separately?

No. sales.acme.com and support.acme.com count as one domain (acme.com).

What CRM/ERP integrations are supported?

At launch, we’ll support Salesforce. Additional integrations (HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.) are on the roadmap. Let us know what you need →

Can external admins see our internal users?

No. Third-party administrators can only see and manage users from their own domain. They have no visibility into your organization.

Is Collaborator Control part of Policy Control?

No. Collaborator Control uses Policy Control under the hood, however this is a separate add-on since we manage a separate directory of external users.
