Growth Prorated Pricing

You can choose to upgrade or add policies immediately with a prorated charge or schedule the change on the first day of the next billing cycle.

When you upgrade your plan or add policies in the middle of a billing cycle, we calculate a prorated price based on the number of days remaining in the month. This ensures that you only pay for the time you are on each plan or for the additional policies.

Plans

New Growth Plan

If you create a new Growth plan subscription or upgrade from Baseline, we will charge you a prorated amount of $3.00/day for the remaining days in the month. We will charge your payment method $100/mo on the first day of the next month for that month of service.

Here’s an example if you create a new subscription on the 13th day of the month (18 days remaining until the end of the month).

• Prorated Charge $3.00/day x 18 days = $54.00
• Pay Today $54.00
• Monthly Term $100.00 charged on the 1st day of the next month

Upgrade to Scale or Sovereign

Upgrading to the Scale or Sovereign plan involves a consultation with our sales team to ensure that the plan meets your organization’s requirements.

There are no automation, feature, or user experience differences between the Growth and Scale plans. Scale plans are designed for enterprise customers with increased sync frequency, infrastructure, scalability, or security requirements that go beyond what the Growth plan offers.

Any upgrades to the Scale or Sovereign plan include a database migration and downtime that we schedule with your team.

Policy Count Upgrades

Your Growth plan includes 100 policies as part of the $100/mo plan price.

You can upgrade your Growth Plan policy count capacity in increments of 100 policies for an extra $100 per month as you get more value from Provisionr managed groups. There is no limit to how many policies you can add to your Growth plan — you can add as many as you need. The break even point for upgrading to the Scale plan is 2,000 policies, however you can exceed this amount if you’re happy with your existing infrastructure.

You can choose whether to schedule the addition on the first day of the next billing cycle or add the policies immediately with a prorated charge of $3.00 per 100 policies per remaining calendar day in the billing cycle month.

Here’s an example if you add 100 policies to your Growth plan on the 13th day of the month (18 days remaining until the end of the month).

• Prorated Charge (Pay Today) $3.00/day x 18 days = $54.00
• Monthly Term $100.00 increase on your invoice on the 1st day of the next month

Here’s an example if you add 500 policies.

• Prorated Charge (Pay Today) $15.00/day x 18 days = $270.00
• Monthly Term $500.00 charged on the 1st day of the next month

Annual Billing Proration

Upgrade Growth to Annual Billing

You can use any supported payment method to pay for your Growth plan with monthly billing or upgrade to annual billing with the 17% discount. Your new payment method will not be charged until the next billing cycle on the first day of the second month.

We offer NET 30 terms for annual billing with the Growth plan.

Please ensure that your existing payment method on file has funds available for at least 1 month of Growth Plan service ($200 + any additional policies) to avoid any service interruptions if your Accounts Payable team has not paid your invoice before the start of the second month and you need to pay for one more month before annual billing starts.

Annual Policy Count Increases

If you need to upgrade the number of policies while you are on annual billing, you will be invoiced for $100 per month multiplied by the number of months remaining in your annual billing cycle for the additional 100 policies.

You can pay for the additional policies using any supported payment method or generate a NET 30 terms invoice for the additional policies only. We do not add the policies until we receive your payment.

No Annual Discounts: The 17% discount is not applied for mid-cycle upgrades since the credits are valued per month and not per year to allow you to upgrade or downgrade at any time with clean accounting. Your annual billing renewal date will remain the same, and you will receive the 17% discount on the updated number of policies on your next annual renewal.

No Transaction Limits: You can upgrade at any time during your annual billing cycle for as many policies as you need (up to 2,000 total) as many times as you need.

Temporary Increases: If you are on an annual plan and need to temporarily increase your number of policies for a short-term project or audit, you can purchase the additional policies you need for the number of months that you need instead of the rest of your annual term.
