Limitations

Active Policies

You can create and manage up to 10 active policies on the Free plan. Each group you automate — whether a Google Group, Okta Group, Slack User Group, or GitLab Group — counts as one active policy.

You can create staged policies to design rules and conditions without counting toward your limit. A policy only counts when you activate it and start syncing users.

Ready to activate more policies? Upgrade to Baseline for $20/mo to get up to 50 policies with weekly sync, or to Growth for $100/mo with daily sync and pay-as-you-grow pricing.

Sync Frequency

Provisionr runs a scheduled sync once per week. During each sync, Provisionr connects to all integrated identity systems — Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, GitLab — and reconciles group membership against your policies.

You can also trigger an on-demand sync for any individual policy at any time using the CLI, so you are never blocked waiting for the next scheduled window.

Need more frequent sync? Growth syncs daily. Scale and Sovereign sync every 3 hours.

Infrastructure

Baseline runs on the same isolated GCP infrastructure as Growth — each workspace gets its own Cloud Run container, PostgreSQL database, encryption key in Secret Manager, and dedicated subdomain. No data or compute is shared between tenants.

The only difference is the frequency that automated syncs run.

All traffic routes through Cloudflare’s global network for DDoS mitigation, WAF, bot protection, and TLS termination.
